          Tyre Otto Mart\u2019s responsibility is for the safe delivery of the goods to the address provided by you and to deliver the tyres you have ordered in good condition. We cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of tyres or goods if you provide an incorrect delivery address or contact information \u2013 please double-check your order.<\/p>\n

          All deliveries are handled by third-party agents. Any loss or damage caused by these agents is their responsibility. Any claims for lost orders must be directed to the third-party agent. Tyre Otto Mart will assist with the claim process to the best of our ability for any lost or damaged orders.<\/p>\n

          If necessary, we can track goods to your chosen delivery address and provide proof of delivery.<\/p>\n

          4.3 Delivery Scope<\/strong>: Delivery is available within Christchurch area only. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Residential Rural Delivery Addresses. It is the customer\u2019s responsibility to provide a current and accurate delivery address.<\/p>\n

          4.3 Fitting Service: <\/strong>Courier costs and fitting services are the responsibility of the customer. The fitting charge is for standard fitments only. any additional services will need to be discussed and paid directly to the fitter. Fitting service is available only in Christchurch area for passenger cars and SUVs tyres.<\/p>\n

            Please check your goods upon receipt and contact us immediately if the goods do not match your order or if any items are faulty or damaged. If you do not contact us within 48 hours of receipt, the goods shall be deemed acceptable in all respects<\/p>\n
